Established as a Pvt.Limited Company firm in the year 1968, we “Hyderabad Tulaman Pvt Ltd” are a leading Manufacturer of a wide range of Weighing Scales, Weigh In Motion System, Electronic Weighbridge, etc. Established in 1968, Tulman started manufacturing indicating type Mechanical Weighing Machines in 1970 , under licence from the world renowned French Organisation M/s. Charles Testut, Paris . In 1975, an in-house R & D Division was established, which developed the Country’s first Electronic Weigh Bridge. Tulman’s Technical strength lies in designing and manufacturing TURNKEY Weighing Systems and tailor made solutions to suit various customized needs. Tulman has designed & commissioned the First Computer Supervised Weighbatching Automation System for the 7th Blast Furnace at Bhilai Steel plant with technical support from M/s. Rank Industries Control, U.K. and ESTS Bv of The Netherlands. Tulman manufactures Static Road & Rail Weigh Bridges with the superior technical designs of M/s. Flintab Ab of Sweden. Tulman has erected and commissioned Weigh Bridges of capacities as high as 250t for weighing hot metal ladle cars to Bokaro & Bhilai Steel Plants. Tulaman uses the latest generation Load Cells and quality components. All Tulman weighing systems conform to OIML Standards & Indian Weights & Measures Regulations. Tulman is one of the leading manufacturer of all types of electronic weighing machines having supplied it’s systems to most of the State & Central Govt. Organisations, Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industries, Cement Industries, Steel Industries, Corporate sectors, Retail sectors, etc. We at Tulman take immense pride in having pioneered the design, development & manufacture of Electronic Road Weighbridges in India in conformity with the Regulations of Indian Weights & Measures Authorities. We have the unique, privilege amongst Weighing Machine manufacturers in India for having been recognized as an R & D Unit, by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, on account of the pioneering working we have done in design, development and manufacture of Electronic Weighbridges in the country. Further, Tulman has also executed a Computer Supervised Automation job for the new Blast Fumace No. 7, of M/s. Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai. The system consist of 10 Nos. Weigh Hoppers, four of them with automatic check weighing, 20 Nos. Programmable Controllers, 2 Nos. Nucleonic Moisture Gauges, Instrumentation, DDC Systems and 2 Nos. Supervisory Computers. The total cost of the system is Rs. 5.39 Crores. Tulman has manufactured and erected a large number of Electronic Road Weighbridges including 250 MT Capacity System to Weigh Hot Metal Ladle Cars in the Steel Plants in the country. We have supplied Road Weighbridges to most of the major Road Laying Infrastructure Companies. Tulman also manufactures a wide range of Electronic Weighing Systems as shown in the table below.
